Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Rachid Ouhammou, the individual who operates PocketsHub (“PocketsHub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using pocketshub.com you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
PocketsHub is a software-as-a-service developer platform. It lets you create pockets — templates made of a PocketBase schema and its hook files — and deploy them as hosted PocketBase backends (instances), each with its own URL, admin panel and data. You can edit a pocket's files in the browser, redeploy, attach custom domains, and publish pockets for other people to reuse. Published pockets are shared free of charge: PocketsHub doesn't sell pockets, and users can't sell them to each other through it. Paid plans pay only for access to the platform's features.
PocketBase is an independent open-source project. PocketsHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use PocketsHub.
- Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person or organization per account. Don't create accounts to get around plan limits or a suspension.
- Tell us right away at support@pocketshub.com if you think your account was compromised.
3. Plans and payment
Pockets are free. Hosting instances requires a paid plan, as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and customer service inquiries about payments, and their terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may change our prices; a change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you by email before it does.
4. When a plan ends or a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, your instances keep running while the payment is retried. When a subscription ends, instances beyond your remaining plan limit are stopped, newest first. Stopped instances are kept for 10 days — we email you before they are removed — and are then permanently deleted with their data unless you add a plan that covers them. Your pockets are never deleted because of billing.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put on PocketsHub: pockets, hook files, schemas, uploaded binaries, and the data stored in your instances (“your content”). You give us the permission we need to host, store, copy, run and display your content in order to provide the service to you.
When you make a pocket public, you also let every PocketsHub user view, fork and deploy it. Make sure you have the right to share anything you publish. Making a pocket private again stops new forks but doesn't affect copies already made.
You are responsible for the data in your instances, including the personal data of your own users and your obligations to them. Keep your own copies of anything important — export data from your PocketBase admin panel regularly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PocketsHub to:
- break the law, or host content that infringes someone else's rights;
- distribute malware, run phishing pages, send spam, or impersonate PocketsHub or anyone else;
- mine cryptocurrency, run open proxies, or attack, scan or overload other systems;
- host child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or harassment;
- probe, overload or work around the security, limits or billing of PocketsHub itself.
We may remove content, stop instances or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where the harm is serious. Report abuse to support@pocketshub.com.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep PocketsHub fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we don't offer a service-level agreement on any plan. We may need maintenance windows, and we may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using PocketsHub at any time. To delete your account and its data, email support@pocketshub.com from your account's address. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; for anything other than serious abuse, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
PocketsHub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use PocketsHub after that means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes go to the competent courts of Morocco, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
